Focuses on the basic concepts in managing the complete flow of materials in a supply chain. Participants will receive a complete overview of material flow, from internal and external suppliers, to and from an organization. This is the first in a series of five modules required to obtain a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS (Advancing Productivity, Innovation, and Competitive Success).
