Participants will receive a complete overview of material flow, from internal and external suppliers, to and from an organization. This is the first in a series of five modules required to obtain a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS (Advancing Productivity, Innovation, and Competitive Success). Also explains techniques for scheduling and controlling production processes, the execution of quality initiatives, continuous improvement plans, and handling of inventories. This is the fourth in a series of five modules required to obtain a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS (Advancing Productivity, Innovation, and Competitive Success).
